I cannot recommend Simone highly enough.

She has been there through every step of our first ever remortgage, complicated with an help to buy repayment, and very much held my hand throughout it all. No question has been too much, even those which were probably outside of her remit as a broker she offered guidance on who to speak to and gave me reassurance when my stress levels were clearly rising.

Having used a free broker service in the past I can confirm that the service level difference is night and day, from finding us the best offer that worked for us, to then renewing that offer twice without prompting when better rates and incentives were available and offering us reassurances along the way. It was well worth the fee!

I feel confident that we have the right and best mortgage for us and that is wholly due to Simone’s support.

We won’t be hesitating to use her for our next remortgage in 5 years time (which is hopefully less stressful than this one!).

I have known and worked with Simone now for around 4-5 years. She has helped navigate me through the world of buying a buy-to-let and most recently securing a mortgage deal on the family home of our dreams. Simone has a fantastic grasp on military specific information, and can tackle it all with ease.
